Barriers to heath care are obstacles within health care that prevent certain patient populations that are vulnerable from receiving adequate health care or that cause them to get less adequate care than the more advantaged patient populations. There are numerous barriers that exist, and as health care providers it is our job to help break down those barriers. Describe five non-financial barriers that exist that prevent adequate health care. How can we break down these barriers and what needs to be done?
